Thigh-high/Over-the-knee boots for plus-sized?

I’m trying to find black or gray thigh high/over-the-knee boots with a manageable heel (I can walk in heels but I don’t want anything ridiculous). I’m plus-sized and when I buy knee high boots I get them with a slightly wider calf. Anyone know of any good sites/boots for sale? Budget is about $100. Thanks!
