im too small for plus sized but too big for regular sizes?

i go to regular stores and anything i can buy is pretty much set to help my boobs pop out which is not what i want. im a full C to lower D but with shirts for example i could put on a size 8 without the boobs. I simply don’t have the time or the funds to buy the usually more expensive PLUS sized clothes and get them altered two sizes to fit me and regular sizes let my boobs bust out. are there any stores or brands that are meant for people with bigger breasts but that aren’t exactly plus sized. I’m not small by any means i have pretty big hips size 10-12 but my middle section feels like its just swimming in bigger clothes

I wear a 32D and never had trouble finding tops to fit me, in fact, I usually wear a size 2/4 in bottoms & a small in tops. Maybe it’s just the stores you’re going to? Try Express, H&M, Ralph Lauren, or J.Crew. Or, it could be the style you’re going for. I kinda gave up on the button down style a while back, as well as shirts with built in bras. Look for vnecks! They are great & I know they’ll look good on your body type. Hopefully this helps somewhat & you are able to find some good clothes.
